Public procurement data. We use contract notices published by UK public bodies under the Open Government Licence. These can include names of companies and buyer contact points.
Business contact details. We collect business contact details that companies have published on their own websites, such as general enquiry addresses. We use them to send occasional, relevant information about our research service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: offering a directly relevant service to businesses that bid for public cleaning contracts.
Customers and enquiries. If you request a sample or subscribe, we use your details to provide the service, invoice you and respond to you. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us. We keep a minimal suppression record so that we never contact you again. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
We don't sell personal data. We use service providers (email delivery, hosting, payments) who process data on our behalf. We keep prospect contact data for no longer than 24 months without engagement, and customer records as long as required for tax purposes.
